OVERVIEW
ERAC 2023
ERAC 2023, which took place in April 2023 at the Grand Plaza Hotel Ljubljana, under the honorary patronage of the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia, exceeded all expectations.
It was attended by more than 400 individuals, including members of the rescue services, firefighters, police and military, members of the diplomatic corps in the Republic of Slovenia, school teachers and principals, managers of shopping centers and sports facilities, hoteliers and the general public.
Well-chosen topics
The event was moderated by Igor E. Bergant, in the presence of major Slovenian news agencies, which published several articles about the conference and speakers.
The discussion on peer violence and active shooter incidents turned out to be a well-chosen topic, as only two weeks after the conference a tragic incident took place in nearby Belgrade. This only confirms how important these kinds of discussions are, which would advise the public on how to prevent or react in such situations.
